Why should I use SciNote if I already use a digital notebook like OneNote and Evernote?

Can I import my inventories into SciNote?
You can import your inventory spreadsheets into SciNote’s inventory management system. You can also import your inventories from another inventory management platform, as long as the platform allows you to export your existing data in the .csv format. Lastly, you can sync between inventory databases and create automatic uploads into SciNote’s inventory management system using SciNote API. Learn more about how you can import inventories.
My team has never used SciNote before. Is it possible to try it before we make a purchase?
Definitely. Our team will set you up with a free demo site and a 14-day trial period so that you can test drive SciNote, and make sure you are happy with it before you purchase.
If you decide to purchase SciNote, your trial account will be converted into the premium version, and you can start using SciNote immediately.
I am interested in the manuscript writer. Can I get it on its own?
Our AI-assisted manuscript writer is an add-on. This means that you must have a paid SciNote plan before you can purchase the manuscript writer add-on.
I need to integrate other software and instruments with SciNote. Is that possible?
Yes! We offer RESTful API solutions. We are happy to share additional documentations to your IT personnel so you can determine what is feasible. We have several SciNote users using APIs to connect SciNote with other software and instruments; you can find additional examples on our blog post.
SciNote also comes with a few integrations, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Protocols.io. For a complete list of available integrations, visit our integrations page.
What kind of onboarding, customer support, and training does SciNote offer?
The SciNote Research Plan come with our custom onboarding experience and top-rated customer support. For the Educational Plan, we will provide custom training for the instructors. We will also work with you to set up your account. We also maintain a LinkedIn SciNote community where users can ask questions and exchange tips to learn from each other.
We also provide training materials on YouTube and through our web knowledge base and SciNote courses; you can use these materials to train additional lab members or students.
